These terms and conditions (together with our Privacy Policy) provide information about our company and set out the terms and conditions under which we sell the Lerève products listed on our website www.lerevebeauty.it. These General Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who purchases products through our website, while they do not apply if you purchase the products from any source other than our website (if, for example, you purchase the products from one of our authorized distributors or retailers). In the case of purchasing our products from authorized distributors and retailers, the terms and conditions of sale of those distributors and retailers will apply, which you must ensure that you have read and understood, before proceeding to purchase.
In light of Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014, which transposed Directive 2011/83/EU, the offer and sale of products made on the website www.lerevebeauty.it are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree. No. 206/2005 Consumer Code, as amended.
The customer is required, before placing his or her purchase order, to read the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully and is also required, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Order Form.
Submission of the purchase order implies full knowledge and acceptance of both the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and what is stated in the Order Form.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability of products refers to that which is present at the time the customer consults the site and the product sheet, which should be considered merely indicative because, as a result of the simultaneous presence on the site of other users, products could be sold to others before the order confirmation.
Even after Lerève sends the order confirmation e-mail, there may be cases of partial and/or total unavailability of the product; in this case, the customer will be promptly informed by Lerève and will be able to decide whether to accept the delivery of only the products available or to request the cancellation of the entire order by communicating it by e-mail.
PRICES
All sales prices of products displayed and indicated on the website www.lerevebeauty.it are in euros and include VAT.
Product prices will be listed from time to time on our website. Lerève makes every effort to ensure that product prices are correct at the time the relevant information is entered into the system. However, in the event that an error is detected in the display of prices that the customer has ordered from our website, the customer will be immediately informed of the correct price and will have the choice of confirming the purchase at the correct price or canceling the order.
We are not obliged to supply the products at a lower price if we have made an error in the price indication.
The order will not be processed until we receive confirmation from the customer. In the absence of confirmation of the order at the correct price, we will consider the order as canceled.
Prices of products shown on our website may be subject to change. However, any changes will not affect any order that we have confirmed with an order acceptance.
ORDER OF PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics and prices of the products are given in the bid for each product.
Lerève is committed to describing and presenting the items sold on www.lerevebeauty.it in the best way possible. Nevertheless, errors, inaccuracies, and/or minor differences between the site and the actual product may show up. Product photographs on www.lerevebeauty.it do not constitute a contractual element, as they are illustrative and representative only.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase on the www.lerevebeauty.it website.
You may not purchase Products from our website for commercial and/or resale purposes.
To purchase products, the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format to Lerève following the instructions on the site. The customer must place the product in the shopping cart and, after reviewing the General Terms and Conditions, with particular reference to the delivery cost contribution and the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal and Privacy, must select the desired mode of payment and choose the send order option.
You must carefully check that the submitted order is correct before proceeding to payment.
By submitting the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase process and fully accepts the General Conditions of Sale.
Lerève reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. Lerève will also notify the customer of any inability to accept the order received within 48 hours beginning on the business day following the day on which the customer transmitted the order to Lerève and will refund any fees already paid by the Customer. In any case, an email confirming receipt of order will follow, and once the availability of the products is verified, an email confirming order preparation will follow. In the event that we are unable to supply a product to the customer (because, for example, that product is out of stock or discontinued) we will promptly notify the customer by e-mail and will not process the order, which will be deemed cancelled. If the customer has already paid for the product(s), we will refund the full amount as soon as possible.
Coupons and coupons can be obtained by signing up for Lerève’s newsletter, or by following the various promotional campaigns. To take advantage of a promotion, the code must be entered in the appropriate field in the shopping cart. One or more discount codes may be applied to each order depending on current promotions.
If the code is found to be invalid, check the validity dates or if it has already been used.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
To ensure maximum security and speed for its customers, Lerève relies on the expertise of PayPal, Satispay and Stripe to handle all transactions.
By filling in the space provided, the customer authorizes Lerève to charge the total amount of the order to the indicated credit card or PayPal/Satispay account or debit/credit card.
When the payment is completed, you are transferred back to the site to view the order summary, which you should check carefully.
By ordering products through our website, you authorize us to perform credit and fraud checks on you and the payment method you have provided. These checks may be necessary, among other things, to verify your identity, to validate your credit or debit card, to obtain a pre-authorization on your credit or debit card, and/or to authorize individual purchases. The customer authorizes us to disclose the information provided, including personal information, to third parties such as banks and credit report providers for the purpose of such checks and agrees that such parties may keep a record of such information. You also agree that we may make the information we receive from these checks available to third parties, including fraud prevention and credit assessment agencies. We reserve the right to set up additional payment security systems from time to time.
If the amount owed by the customer for their order cannot be deducted or charged, for any reason, the order will be canceled (we will notify the customer using the contact information provided during the order process).
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
The credit cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners, JCB. Using a credit card to purchase on the Lerève site is easy and straightforward. To provide you with maximum protection, the transaction will be made on Stripe’s secure server. All data are transferred in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate and are therefore not intercepted by external parties. Data entry is done directly on our site. The order amount is charged when the order is taken.
PAYPAL PAYMENT
PayPal is a fast and secure payment system. Once the order is completed and the PayPal payment method is selected, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where they can access their account by entering their personal e-mail address and password. After registration, you can proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter your information, even for subsequent purchases.
By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to your PayPal account, credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express), assigned prepaid card (PostePay), or your bank account. PayPal protects buyer information in that no financial information is passed. A confirmation e-mail from PayPal will be sent with each transaction made by this method. The order amount is charged when the order is taken. In case of cancellation the amount is refunded to the Customer’s PayPal account.
PAYMENT WITH SATISPAY
Satispay is a new fast, secure and convenient payment platform. In order to use this methodology, it is necessary to be registered with the application or create a new user profile, thereby accepting all the conditions of the site in question. When creating the order you will have to open the app from your smartphone, confirm the money transfer from your account to Lerève Beauty, and after that you will be redirected to the order summary page on our shop. The transaction will then take place securely directly within the Satispay app.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
Bank Transfer is the most popular payment method should you not wish to use the other payment platforms including cards etc.
After selecting the mode of payment by Bank Transfer, the customer receives an order confirmation email containing the amount and bank details to make the payment of the order, which must be made within 3 days of that email.
The reason for the transfer should contain the order ID and, if applicable, the date of the order. Once payment has been made, a confirmation slip must be submitted as an attachment by replying to our order confirmation email. After 3 days have passed without our receipt of the payment slip (including holidays), the order will be automatically cancelled.
The order will not be processed until the funds are transferred and visible in our bank account.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is one of the methods we grant for those who wish to pay directly to the relevant courier upon delivery of the goods. Cash on delivery service has an additional charge of €5 and can be selected at checkout from the payment methods. Once selected, the service charge will be added to the total amount of the merchandise and shipping, and the order will be processed and shipped to the address given by the customer.
When the package is delivered, the amount reported in the order confirmation must be handed over to the courier for collection of the goods.
SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMING
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are quantified at €6.80 nationwide, while they are free of charge over €100 spent. All orders from countries outside Italy will be quantified at the time of ordering according to predefined price ranges for each country. If the destination country of the goods is not among the predefined ranges please contact customer service at info@lerevebeauty.it or by filling out the form in the contact us section to receive a customized shipping quote to the country of your choice. Shipping costs are added at the conclusion of the purchase process before payment is made. It will be possible to select among the shipping methods “Pick-up at headquarters”, in this case the pick-up of the purchased goods is at the expense of the customer and no additional cost will be added to the total in the cart but will take place directly at the operational headquarters of Lerève. Once this option is selected, the customer will be contacted by email or phone to set up a convenient appointment to pick up the ordered goods.
Lerève undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days starting from the day after the day of order confirmation. Usually all orders received Monday through Friday by noon are processed within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding holidays or closed days specifically noted on the site), but this cannot always be guaranteed.
We also remind you that shipments to countries outside the EC may be delayed due to various customs checks.
No responsibility can be attributed to Lereve Ltd. in case of delay in delivery of what was ordered.
DELIVERY METHODS AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
Unless explicitly stated by our Customer Service Department or by the designated carrier, delivery is intended to be “street level.” Goods travel at the full risk of the recipient.
For every order placed on www.lerevebeauty.it, Lerève will issue a receipt/invoice for the material shipped, attaching it to the shipment. For the issuance of the receipt/invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order shall be the basis. No change in receipt/invoice will be possible after it is issued.
Delivery will be completed when the products are delivered to the address that the customer has provided (so the customer must ensure that the delivery details provided are accurate, as we will not be responsible for any delays or non-deliveries as a result of the customer’s error). The same applies to the “Pick-up on site” mode, the order will be completed once the customer has picked up the goods.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials (warranty seal).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or mismatch in the number of packages or markings must be challenged immediately by affixing WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, e.g., “punctured packaging,” “crushed packaging,” etc.) on the courier’s proof of delivery.
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
In case of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in stock at the warehouses of the courier, due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer when ordering, what was ordered will be returned to the warehouses of Lerève with charge to the customer of the costs of storage charged by the courier, in addition to shipping costs incurred and reimbursement of the difference in the amount of the order.
We are not aware of the amount of foreign customs charges (for countries outside the European Community), which will instead be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment arrives at its destination. The payment of any customs charges is the responsibility of the customer and their amount is calculated by the law in force in the country of destination of the shipment. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
In the event that the charges are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipping and customs charges themselves will be withheld from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.
DEFECT OF THE PRODUCTS
We specify that the statutory warranty applies to products offered for sale through the website.
The legal warranty applies when, within the period of two years from delivery, the product purchased by the customer has a conformity defect, by which is meant a good (i) unfit for the use for which goods of the same type are customarily used, (ii) not in accordance with the description on the website, (iii) lacking the usual quality and performance of a good of the same type, which the customer can reasonably expect. In the event that the products we sell to the customer have conformity defects, as described above, the customer must report such defects within the period of two months from the date of their discovery, under penalty of forfeiture. If, after the appropriate checks on the product, the dispute proves to be well-founded, the customer will be entitled to have the product replaced at no additional cost. If the replacement of the good is impossible or excessively expensive, the customer may at his or her option request a reasonable reduction in the price or termination of the contract. These rights are not affected by our general returns policy (set forth below) or these Terms and Conditions.
RETURNS
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the consumer customer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity, i.e., does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a VAT number and requesting an invoice) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, within ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, Lerève will promptly notify the customer of the acceptance of the return, assigning a unique return code (CUR) for the goods affixed to the form that will be forwarded, which must be received, along with the returned goods to Lerève within 10 days of authorization.
The merchandise must be returned undamaged, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (envelopes and packages), stored and possibly used according to normal diligence, with no signs of wear or soiling. Both food products, such as supplements, and our cosmetics must be returned with appropriate “safe guard” seal or outer seal untampered with, thus neither removed nor lifted.
The right of withdrawal:
- applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
- the purchased goods must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including unopened packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: leaflets, pallets, etc..);
- to limit damage to the original package, it is recommended that it be placed in a second box, on which to affix the destination address and shipping label;
- the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging that may spoil it should be avoided in all cases.
Shipping costs related to the return of the good are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges (excluding free shipping over €100, which will remain as such) will also not be reimbursed, nor will the cost of collecting the return to the customer and any other incidental charges highlighted at the time the order was placed.
Shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the Lerève warehouse, is the full responsibility of the customer.
Lerève is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
If the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, Lerève will forward photography of the appraisal and withhold from the refund due a percentage, however not exceeding 10% of it, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging, Lerève will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within a maximum of 30 days from the return of the goods, through the transfer procedure of the amount charged to the Credit Card, Satispay or Paypal (depending on the payment method chosen at the time of the order).
COMPLAINTS
We hope that the customer has no reason to file a complaint, but if so, we would like to take a look at it in order to try to resolve it and make sure that this does not happen again in the future.

FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS
We shall not be liable in any way for failures or delays in the performance of any of our obligations under the contract and the General Terms and Conditions caused by a force majeure event, that is, events beyond our reasonable control.
If a force majeure event occurs that affects the performance of our obligations under this contract we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you.
Our contractual obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the force majeure event. Where the force majeure event affects the delivery of products to the customer, we will arrange a new delivery date after the force majeure event is over. It is understood that even in the face of force majeure events we will endeavor to find a solution by which to fulfill our contractual obligations.

We use your personal information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on our Privacy Policy page). Please take the time to read our Privacy Policy as it includes important information and terms that apply to you.
CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
Lerève reserves the right to modify these General Terms at any time (if, for example, it intends to make changes in the way it accepts payment from the User or if there is a regulatory change such that it becomes necessary to modify these General Terms). Such changes and variations, if not substantial (e.g., of mere form, contacts, etc.), will be made known by general notices to customers posted on the website. In the event of substantial changes or modifications, the customer will be duly informed by means of e-mail communications indicating the effective date of the changes. Such changes will always and in all cases be respectful of the minimum rights accorded to consumers under current law. In any case, the General Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between the parties are those stipulated on the date the Contract is finalized.

The customer will be required to view the General Terms and Conditions on our website whenever he/she intends to place an order and purchase products from our website.
CONTRACT CONCLUSION, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The sale is considered concluded when Lerève sends the customer an e-mail confirming the order. The e-mail contains the customer and order details, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping charges and the shipping address to which the goods will be sent.
The contract of sale between the customer and Lerève is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law.
For the resolution of any dispute arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of reference of his or her municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Modena with the exclusion of competing or alternative forums.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The website www.lerevebeauty.it, as well as all trademarks and distinctive signs used by Lerève in connection with the sale of products, is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property rights and that any reproduction, communication, distribution, publication alteration or transformation is prohibited, in whatever form and for whatever purpose they occur, of the contents of the site, trademarks and distinctive signs used by Lerève (such as, by way of example, the works, images, photographs, drawings, dialogues, presentations, music sounds, videos, graphics, colors, features and design of the site).
